Or, maybe, you have a dream or want to get new skills, change job, visit a new country, reach a new goal, whatever. Write those things. You have the power to figure out and change your life if you make the first step forward because your life is only in your hands.
Every time you feel a lack of energy, do something small that makes you feel happy, motivates you, and helps you recover, refocus and rebalance. Maybe, those are a short walk or talk with a friend, a cup of herbal tea, cocoa with cinnamon or aroma candles, an inspiring movie, a spa, a book, or a bouquet of fresh flowers.
Time-full living consists of small things and pleasant moments.
So no matter what you do, just make sure that it makes you feel happy.
